We integrated the cornerstone principles molding our value as a firm in our Code of ethics and business conduct to ensure sustainability and business conduct with the highest integrity and ethics. The principles set out in the Code of ethics and business behavior must be followed by all MMT personnel. Retaliation against any employee who discloses misbehavior or cooperates with a compliance inquiry in good faith will not be tolerated at our organization.

By establishing this Code of Conduct and making it a part of your relationship with MMT, we are emphasizing your critical role in defining and protecting our most important asset – the trust of our partners.
Please read this Code carefully and follow both: the spirit and letter of these important commitments. The Code sets forth the general rules and cannot previse every ethical issue you may face. We expect you to review the Code regularly and seek assistance when a question or concern arises with respect to any matter addressed in this Code.
If applicable laws and regulations are more permissive than this Code of Conduct, you are expected to comply with this Code. If applicable laws and regulations are more restrictive, you must always comply with those legal requirements.
We expressly state that MMT in no case will tolerate adverse actions against any employee who in good faith reports misconduct or cooperates with a compliance investigation.
